These terms are between Sennel and the business using it.

Your information

The agent quotes your catalogue and business details as you enter them, so you’re responsible for keeping prices, availability and policies correct, and for honouring bookings made from them.

An AI answers your customers

Replies are written by AI. It’s built to state only what your records say and to pass chats to your team, but it can make mistakes. Check conversations, and take over when it matters.

WhatsApp rules

You must follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies, including getting customers’ agreement to be messaged. Meta may charge you for messages. Those charges are between you and Meta.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for spam, anything illegal, or to mislead customers.

Closing your account

You can delete your business at any time from Settings, which removes its data.
